EventCount Checklist

EventCount Checklist is an offline countdown for personal events. You create EventProjects with a target date, attach phase checklists, and mark milestones. The home screen shows days remaining and phase progress. Search, filters, and monthly completion marks stay on the same device.

It is a personal planning tool. It is not a trading terminal, a broker, a bank, or a payment service. It does not display market prices, execute trades, or take deposits.

Summary for EventCount Checklist (V1.0.0)

Version 1.0.0 is built to stay on the device:

  • No account and no sign-in.
  • No advertising, no in-app purchases, and no third-party analytics in this version.
  • No INTERNET permission. EventProjects, phase rows, and milestones are not uploaded to TRADEX FINANCIAL LTD servers.
  • Optional reminders use local notifications only after you turn them on (default: off). Each event can hold up to three alerts: seven days before (T-7), three days before (T-3), and one day before (T-1).
  • JSON export writes only to a file you choose through the system picker. The app does not ask for broad storage permission.

Information stored on your device

If you use the app, information you enter or generate may be kept in app-private storage on that device, including:

  • EventProjects: event name, target date, and days-remaining calculation
  • Phase checklists: phase names, task rows, and tick state
  • Milestones: labels, dates, and completion marks
  • Local views: search text, filters, archive or completed state, and monthly completion counts drawn from the same on-device records
  • Reminder settings: on or off, and which of the T-7 / T-3 / T-1 points you enabled

Days remaining, phase progress, and monthly stats are computed on the device from dates you entered. We do not receive a live copy of that tally.

Information we do not collect through the app

Through EventCount Checklist V1.0.0 we do not:

  • Require registration or upload EventProjects to our servers
  • Sell personal information or share app content with advertisers or data brokers
  • Use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs
  • Access contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone for core features
  • Read your calendar, SMS, or call log

App permissions

Optional notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) are requested only if you enable milestone reminders. Reminders are local, off by default, and are not used for advertising. If the system blocks notifications, those alerts will not fire until you allow them in device settings.

Export uses the system file picker so you choose where a JSON backup is written. Uninstalling the app or using Clear all data removes EventProjects from that device. A file you already exported stays wherever you saved it; you are responsible for that copy.

Version 1.0.0 does not declare INTERNET permission for sending app content to us. If a later version needs accounts, network features, ads, or analytics, this notice will be updated before that change.

Information you may send on the website

A contact form or email may include your name, a reply address, a subject line, and the message body. The host may store ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser string, and time of access so the site stays available and secure. The Write page opens your mail app; this site does not keep a separate web-server copy of that draft.

Tools we do not list

This notice does not describe advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, pixels, or other trackers that are not in use. The website does not embed advertising or analytics pixels in this release. EventCount Checklist V1.0.0 likewise includes none of those SDKs.

Why we keep a message

On the device, local app data is used only to show countdowns, phase progress, milestones, optional reminders, and an export you start. Because this version does not upload that content, we do not use it for marketing or advertising.

We read contact details you send so we can answer you, keep the site safe, and meet legal duties.

When we share

Personal details are not sold as advertising inventory. We pass website or email data along only for hosting, a legal demand, or to protect rights. App files remain on your device unless you export them to a location you choose. If the device maker backs up app-private files under its own rules, that backup is not an upload started by TRADEX FINANCIAL LTD servers.

How long we keep notes

Inquiry files stay only while we handle them, then we delete or anonymize the file except when a statute says we must keep it longer. App records stay on your device until you delete an event, clear all data, or uninstall.

Requests about your data

You may ask to see, correct, or delete contact information we hold where the law allows, including UK GDPR rights where they apply. Write to eric@edulinker.chat. Because V1.0.0 does not upload EventProjects, local countdown data must be cleared on the device itself.

Visitors under 13

This website and EventCount Checklist are not written for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal details by email, contact us and we will delete that message where the law allows.

Visitors outside the UK

Hosting equipment may sit in the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions used by the hosting provider. App content in V1.0.0 does not leave the device through our servers.

Law and updates

England and Wales, United Kingdom governs this notice. When the text changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If a later app version changes data practices in a material way, this page will be updated before that version is released.
