Using the pages

If you browse this site, you accept these terms. If you install EventCount Checklist, you also accept the app section below.

What the site is

The pages explain the company and the kinds of written notes we offer. Nothing here is investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is a contract for brokerage, deposit-taking, or store approval.

EventCount Checklist

TRADEX FINANCIAL LTD publishes the Android application EventCount Checklist (package com.eventcount.checklist, version 1.0.0). The title is a personal event countdown with phase checklists and milestones stored on the device. Days remaining and phase progress are calculated from dates you enter.

EventCount Checklist is not a trading, brokerage, banking, or payment product. It does not display market data, execute trades, hold funds, or take deposits. It is not authorised by the FCA and it is not an official Google product.

The app is provided as-is. You are responsible for exported JSON files. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes EventProjects from that device. Optional reminders will not fire if system notifications are blocked.

What you may not do

Do not disrupt the site, scrape it for unlawful use, pretend to be someone else, or send hostile or secret credential content. Do not use the app to store content that is unlawful to keep on your device.

Who owns the words and mark

Page copy, the logo, the design, and the EventCount Checklist name and package belong to TRADEX FINANCIAL LTD. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission.

What an engagement covers

The written scope of a desk job is set in correspondence. Corridor outcomes, settlement timing, review outcomes, and advertising results are not promised. Using EventCount Checklist does not create an advisory or brokerage relationship.

As-is notice

Information on the site and in the app appears as-is to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for missed events, lost local files, or indirect loss.

Cap on liability

Liability is capped at fees you have paid us for that matter, or zero if no fee was paid.

English courts

These terms follow England and Wales, United Kingdom. Disputes belong in courts with jurisdiction in England and Wales.
